Exogenous bile acids play roles in activating lipase, emulsifying fat to form Micelles, and transporting fatty acids to make chylomicron approach intestinal mucosa in duodenum, it can improve the absorption of fat and liposoluble substance without Endogenous bile acids, so that animals with damaged liver or underdeveloped young animals could grow up. Beside above-mentioned functions, crustacean shellfish such as shrimps and crabs also use bile acids as precursor of ecdysone to promote growth. Butyrate has a great auxiliary and synergy function on the above functions! Monoglycerides serve as skeleton and promoting formation of Micelles of small intestine.

Table 2 is from Large yellow croaker farm in Ningde City, the large yellow croakers were fed with 0.1% DING SU in daily ration, growth rate of Group DING SU (body weight, body length, overall body length) was significantly higher than control group.

Table 3 is from Large yellow croaker farm in Ningde City, the large yellow croakers were fed with 0.1% DING SU in daily ration, the green value and yellow value in back of Group DING SU was significantly higher than control group, its red value and black value in back was also significantly higher than control group. It indicated that DING SU can improve the body color of large yellow croakers, so its body color was similar to wild large yellow croakers.
